Barbara’s teaching focuses on flow and fun, helping to build vitality, resilience and strength at all levels, including your inner strengths.  Using traditional hatha yoga postures Dru releases energy from the inside out, helping you to feel great. No matter what age, size or shape you are, you will be able to do this yoga in a way that enhances your unique abilities – the emphasis is on you.
